Use of this website
This website and the information on it are provided by H‑Queex, a business name registered as a sole trader (CRO business name No. 790968). Using this site, including submitting the Register Interest form, does not itself create a client engagement or any contractual obligation. An engagement begins only once its own terms have been agreed separately with H‑Queex.
Accuracy of information
Service descriptions, pricing indications and other content on this site are provided in good faith and kept as current as reasonably possible, but are not a binding quotation. A specific engagement’s scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to H‑Queex and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for normal browsing and printing for personal reference.
Liability
H‑Queex takes reasonable care over the accuracy of this website but does not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on its general content. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and any dispute relating to this website falls under the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
