Privacy Policy
Version 1.4: last updated 26 September 2026
Who this is about
This policy covers personal data collected through h-queex.com, including interest registration and enquiry forms. It does not cover data H‑Queex processes on behalf of a client as part of a paid engagement; that is governed separately by the terms agreed for that engagement.
Who is responsible for your data
H‑Queex is a business name (CRO business name No. 790968). Hevandro Martire is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: info@h-queex.com.
What is collected
When you register interest: name, email address and a message about what you would like help with, plus any optional company name, phone number and service interests you provide.
Essential technologies are used to remember website preferences. Google Analytics runs only after you select Accept all, and can be withdrawn at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer, which stops measurement and deletes its cookies. Choosing Essential only means no analytics request is made. The Cookie Policy explains the storage used and the analytics arrangements.
Cookie PolicyWhy it is collected
Register Interest and enquiries: H-Queex uses the information you provide to respond, understand the support requested and follow up on your registration, within the retention period set out below, including contacting you when client engagements open. The basis is H-Queex’s legitimate interest in responding to these requests and managing prospective business relationships. This does not enrol you in general marketing or create a service agreement. You can ask H-Queex to stop registration follow-up or opening notifications by emailing info@h-queex.com. Quotations and pre-contract discussions: where you request steps toward a contract with you, the basis is taking those steps at your request. For contacts acting for an organisation, the basis is the legitimate interest in handling that organisation’s request. Service delivery: if an engagement is agreed, information is used as necessary to administer and deliver the contract with you, or on the basis of legitimate interests in administering the engagement with your organisation. Records may also be retained where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations.
Where it goes
H-Queex does not sell personal data. Service providers may process the limited information needed to provide website hosting, infrastructure, communications and storage. The website uses Netlify hosting and sends submitted enquiries to H-Queex’s lead-handling system. Notifications are sent to H-Queex’s business email on Microsoft 365; engagement files are stored on Microsoft OneDrive for Business. Public pages currently request Google-hosted font resources, which involves a connection to Google’s servers and the technical information needed to deliver those resources. Where you select Accept all, Google Analytics also receives measurement data about how pages are used; Google Ireland Limited is the provider, and this processing stops if you withdraw permission through Cookie Settings. Font delivery is a separate connection and happens regardless of the analytics choice. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
How long it is kept
Registration and enquiry information is kept for 12 months from the last contact, then deleted, unless an ensuing engagement or an applicable record-keeping or legal obligation requires retention. Engagement records are kept only for the period needed to administer the engagement and meet applicable business, tax or other legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, you can ask to see the personal data H‑Queex holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how it is used, and ask for a copy in a portable format. To do any of this, email info@h-queex.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time; the version and date at the top of the page show when it last changed. Version 1.4 states the enquiry retention period as a fixed 12 months from last contact, rather than a purpose-based description, and aligns the “Why it is collected” section to point to that period. Version 1.3 narrowed the scope to this website: the client portal is a separate service with its own privacy policy, published by H‑Queex Hub, and how that service handles data is described there rather than here.
